Mrs Gwyneth Davies, Huw and Alison, Petra and Russell and the Family of the late Mr Jack Davies wish to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives, Friends, Neighbours and former Colleagues for the many cards, letters, emails and other kind messages of sympathy, love and support received at this very sad time, for your attendance at the Funeral Service and for your donations to The Midlands Air Ambulance.

We extend our grateful thanks to his Doctors, to the Staff at Bridgnorth Medical Practice and to the Doctors and all Staff at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital N.H.S Trust for your care of and kindness to Jack throughout his illness, to Cartwright's Florists of Albrighton for the beautiful floral tribute, to Huw and John for your very personal contributions to the Ceremony, to all at The Peacock at Shrewsbury for your warm hospitality and for looking after everyone so well afterwards and to Civil Celebrant Mrs June Brydon forleading us in a really wonderful Celebration of Jack's life.
