Passed away peacefully at New Cross Hospital, on December 5, 2014, aged 79 years.

Dearly loved Husband of Sylvia, much loved Dad of Julie, Shirley and Christine, Father-in-lawof Richard and Peter, loving Grandad of James Rebecca, William, Scott and Adam.

Funeral Service at Gornal Wood Crematorium, Dudley, on Wednesday, December 17, at 11am.

Family flowers only by request.

Donations if desired would be appreciated for The Midlands Air Ambulance Charity, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
