Of Harlescott, Shrewsbury, passed away peacefully in the Severn Hospice, on December 8, 2014, aged 68 years.

A much loved Husband, Stepfather and Grandad.

Will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.

FuneralService to be held at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, on Wednesday, December 17, at 10.15am.

No black by request.

Family flowers only please, donations if desired to The Lingen Davies Appeal at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
