Passed away peacefully at Welshpool Hospital, on December 3, 2014, aged 70 years, of Westwood Park, Welshpool.

Beloved Wife of Sam, much loved Mother of Jayne and Barclay, Mother-in-law to Dave and Gill, dearly loved Nan to Katy, Sarah, Alisha, Jodie and Mollie, dear Sister of Sue.

Committal Service will take place at Emstrey Crematorium, on Wednesday, December 17, at 12 noon, followed by a Service of Thanksgiving for her life at St Mary's Church, Welshpool, at 2pm.Family flowers only.

Donations if so desired to Welshpool Hospital League of Friends or St Mary's Church.
