Passed away peacefully at home on September 26, 2011, aged 35 years.

Beloved Son of Michael and devoted Grandson of the late Olive Lockett.

Neil will be sadly missed by all his loving Family and many Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, on Thursday, October 13, at 2pm.

Family flowers only please but donations if desired, to be shared between the Hummingbird Appeal and the Renal Unit at the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, for which purpose a donation box will be provided at Emstrey.
