Beloved Husband, Father and Grandfather, died November 19, 2014, at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, aged 82.

The Family would like to extend their thanks to all those who have cared for David with such kindness over many months and to Friends for their kind condolences.

Funeral Service to be held at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewbury, on December 4, at 2.30pm.
