Mr Nick Carter, Margaret, Noel, Sue, Les, Linda, Jill, Richard, Kevin, Nicky and the Family of the late Mrs Dot Carter wish to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives,kind Friends and Neighbours for the cards, letters and other messages of sympathy, love and prayers received at this very sad and difficult time, for your attendance at the Funeral Service and for your donations, which are to be divided between the The Alzheimer's Society and Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research.

Your support has been greatly appreciated by us all.

Special thanks to her Doctors, to the Staff at Broseley Medical Practice and the Doctors and all Staff at Bridgnorth Hospital for your care and kindness to Dot throughout her illness, to all the outside agencies concerned with the care of Nick at home throughout this time, to Mrs Marie Ellis for the beautiful floral tributes, to the Bearers for completing your duties with such dignity, to Leanne, Lisa and Tony for your very personal contributions to the Ceremony, to all at Broseley Social Club for your warm hospitality and for looking after us all so well afterwards and to The Rural Dean, the Revd Ian Naylor and Organist Mr Bill Griffiths for leading us in a most uplifting celebration of Dot's life.
