Carolyn
Of Bank Road, Dawley Bank, Telford, and formerly of St Louis, Missouri, passed away peacefully on November 22, 2014.
Much loved Wife of Simon.
She will be sadly missed by all her Family and Friends.
Funeral Service, 4pm, Friday, November 28, at Telford Crematorium.
Black dress optional but please feel free to wear a splash of colour.
Flowers welcome or if desired donations which will be divided between the Severn Hospice Telford and the Lingen Davies Cancer Centre at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, would be appreciated and can be made via the collection box at the Crematorium or alternatively via www.williamsfunerals .com
