Cremation Service at Pentrebychan Crematorium, Wrexham, on Friday, November 28, at 10.30am, followed by a Memorial Service at St Oswald's Parish Church, Oswestry, at 12 noon.

No flowers by request.

Donations if desired to Ward 22, at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital.
