Of HFT, Forbes Close, Ironbridge, Telford, formerly of Meole Brace, Shrewsbury, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, November 16, 2014, after enjoying a full and active life.

He is now at rest with 'Mum and Dad' (the late Marie and Bill Simmons) and will be fondly remembered by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to be held at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, on Monday, November 24, 2014, at 4pm.
