Richard, Jeremy, Angela Tristan and Families wish to thank all Neighbours, Friends and Relatives for the many cards and messages of sympathy, love and support on the sad loss of such a dearly loved Wife, Mother and Grandmother.Special thanks to Doctor Kieran McCormack and Staff at Worthen Medical Practice, Macmillan Cancer Care, The Welshpool District Nurses and the kind Staff of Radis Community Care for all their care and support to allow Diana to remain at home, where she wished to be.

Thanks to the Rev'd Toni Bennett for attending to her throughout her illness, also grateful thanks to the Rt. Rev'd Michael Hooper for such an uplifting, appropriate and sincere Service. For the wonderful attendance at the Service in FordenChurch and the generous donations received, divided between Macmillan Cancer Care, Christian Aid and Forden Church of œ2635. Also to Ian and his Team at Pugh's Funeral Directors for their help and professional service at this sad time.
