Passed away tragically on October 30, 2014, aged 19 years.
Dearly loved Son of David and Theresa and Brother of Anthony.
Philip will be sadly missed by all of his Family and Friends.
Funeral Serviceat Pentrebychan Crematorium, Wrexham, on Thursday, November 13, 2014, at 11.30am.
