Passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital, on October 24, 2014, aged 79 years.

Dearly loved Husband of Dorothy, very special Father to Kim and Julie, devoted Grandfather to Jack, Sam and Amy and Brother to Valerie.

Funeral Service, 11am, Tuesday, November 11, at Hadley Methodist Chapel, followed by Cremation at Telford Crematorium.
