Service at Shrewsbury Crematorium on Monday, November 10, 2014, at 4pm.

No flowers by request.

Donations if wished will be divided equally between Portland House Residents Comfort Fund and Portland House Staff Fund, for which purpose a collection box will be made available at the Crematorium.
