Passed away peacefully in the Severn Hospice, Shrewsbury on October 28, 2014, aged 56 years.
Loving Partner of Keith, Mother of Patrick and Amy and Sister of David.
Heather will be sadly missed by her Family and many Friends.
Funeral Service at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury on Friday, November 7, 2014, at 12 noon.
Family flowers only please.
