Passed away peacefully on his birthday at River Meadows Nursing Home, on October 24, 2014, aged 93 years.

Formerly of Sunnybank Road, Sutton Farm, Shrewsbury.

Second World War RAF Veteran of Omaha Beach, Maintenence Carpenter for the NHS at Cross Houses Hospital and Shrewsbury Council he then moved on to be a Clerk of Works for Telford Development Corporation from which he retired.

He will be sadly missed by his Daughter Linda, Son-in-law Barry, Grandchildren Mark, Neil and Lucy and her Husband David also Mark's Daughter Phoebe. his Great-Granddaughter.

Funeral Service at Shrewsbury Cemetery Chapel, Longden Road, on Thursday, November 6, at 11am, followed by Interment.

Flowers welcome or donations if desired for the Salvation Army would be appreciated.
