Of Church Road, Coalbrookdale, Telford. Passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital, on September 19, 2011, aged 67 years. Beloved Husband of Katie, devoted Dad of Reg and Sarah and a loving Grandad of Alex and Jacob.
Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium, on Wednesday, October 5, 2011, at 1.30pm.
Floral tributes if desired please (no wreaths) or donations to be divided between Blists Hill Victorian Town and The ITU at The Princess Royal Hospital, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
