Passed away tragically, aged 59 years.
Loving Sister to Win and Dale, she will be greatly missed by all of her Family and Friends.
Funeral Service, 3pm, on Wednesday, October 29, at Telford Crematorium.
Family flowers only by request but if desired, donations to The Dog's Trust and The Air Ambulance, Shropshire would be appreciated.
