From Pontesbury. Beloved Husband of the late Margaret. Formerly of Barclays Bank in Shrewsbury. One time Chairman of S A R S and the holder of a World Record on Amateur Radio Broadcasts. Passed away in hospital on October 20,2014.

So sorry.I only met Fred twice and that was many years ago but we often had chats on the phone.I know he had many good friends who cared for him.We last spoke on 10th Oct when he told me he felt terrible-with bronchitis-he said-said some-one was on the way to help him.
