Of Leonard Close, Donnington,Telford. Passed away peacefully on October 19, 2014, aged 77 years.

Beloved Father, Grandfather and Great-Grandfather.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Friday, October 31, 2014, at 12 noon.

Family flowers only.

Donations if desired please for the Severn Hospice, Telford, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
