Beloved Mother, Grandmother, Aunt and Sister.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Tuesday, October 28, 2014, at 2pm.

Family flowers only.

Donations if desired please to be divided between the Severn Hospice, Telford and The Salvation Army, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
