Of Forden, Welshpool, passed away peacefully at home, after a long illness, on October 10, 2014, aged 67 years.

Dearly loved Wife of Richard, devoted Mother of Jeremy, Angela, Tristan and the late Oliver, beloved Nan of Hugo, Saffron, Charlie, Eve, Imogen and Ben.

Funeral Service at The Church of St Michael and All Angels, Forden, on Wednesday, October 29, 2014, at 1pm, followed by Interment at Minsterley Cemetery.

Family flowers only please but donations if desired to Christian Aid, Macmillan Nurses and Forden Church.

Diana asked for colourful ties to be worn if wished.
