Passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital on October 12, 2014, aged 62 years.
Much loved Partner of Harold, Mother of Phillip and Dean,
Funeral Service at 2.30pm, Wednesday, October 22,at All Saints Church, Wellington followed by Interment in Wellington Cemetery.
Family flowers only by request but if desired donations will be gratefully appreciated for Ward 8 / 9 at The Princess Royal Hospital.
