Passed away peacefully in the presence of her Family on October 11, 2014, aged 57 years.
A treasured Partner, Mum and Nan.
Funeral Service 4pm, Friday, October 24, at Telford Crematorium.
Black dress preferred.
Family flowers only by request but if desired donations will be appreciated for Morris Care Nursing Home, Wellington, which may be given via the collection box at the Crematorium or for Lymphoma Research which can be made on lineat www.williamsfunerals .com.
