Of Cherrybrook Drive, Broseley, passed away at New Cross Hospital, Wolverhampton, on October 7, 2014, aged 53 years.
Much loved Dad of Chris, loving Son of Pat and Glyn, loving Brother of Nicola and adored Partner of Hazel.Funeral Service 10am, Wednesday, October 22, at Telford Crematorium.
Family flowers only by request but if desired donations for Surfers Against Sewage (SAS), would be appreciated.
