Passed away peacefully on September 26, 2014, aged 80 years.
Will be sadly missed by all her Family and Friends.
Funeral Service at All Saints Parish Church, Trefonen, on Wednesday, October 15, at 2pm, followed by Interment at Trefonen Cemetery.
Family flowers only.
Donations if desired to Hope House Children's Respite Hospice.
