Passed away peacefully at the Severn Hospice, Telford on September 28, 2014, aged 68 years.
Dearly loved Wife of Mike, devoted Mother to Mark and Jason, best Friend and Mother-in-law to Marie, beloved Grandmother to Shanice, Aaron, Jessica, Kenny, Ryan and Louis and Great-Grandmother to Kaityln, Megan, Abbie, Courtney, Amelia, Lilly and Daisy.
Funeral Service, 1pm, Monday, October 13, at St Michael and All Angels Church, Lilleshall, followed by Interment in the Churchyard.
Flowers welcome or if desired donations, which will be divided between the Severn Hospice, Telford and Macmillian Nurses Fund would be appreciated.
