Of Dark Lane Drive, Malinslee, Telford.
Passed away peacefully at home in the presence of her loving Family on September 25, 2014, aged 69 years.
Much loved Wife of Tommy. Adored Mom of Christopher, Tracey and Dawn. Mother-in-law to Trudy and Andy, cherished Nan of Michael, Daniel, Jordon, Sasha, Kai, Maddison and Noah and Step-Grandmother to Adam.
Funeral Service, 11am, Saturday, October 4, at Telford Crematorium.
Family flowers only by request but if desired donations for the Severn Hospice, Telford would be appreciated.

I had the privilege of looking after Agnes on the Chemo Day Centre, what a lovely lady, who I am sure will be very missed by all her friends and family. She was always smiling. Thoughts are with Tommy and family. Nikki Henderson
