Passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital, Telford, aged 74 years, after a long illness.
Dearly loved Wife of Bill. Loving Mum of Debbie and the late Adrian and Son-in-law Dave. Dearly loved Gran of Daniel, Matthew and Adrienne. Much loved Great- Gran of Evie.
Will be greatly and sadly missed by all her Family and Friends.
Funeral Service, 11am on Friday, October 3, 2014, at Telford Crematorium.
Family flowers only but donations if so desired, for The British Heart Foundation, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
