Unexpectedly at his home on September 16, 2014, aged 36 years.

Dearly loved Father, Son, Brother, Partner and Uncle.

Funeral Service, 2pm, Wednesday, October 1, at All Saints Parish Church, Wellington, followed by Interment at Wellington Cemetery.

Family flowers only by request or if desired donations to Macmillan Nurses would be appreciated.
