Peacefully passed away after a long illness on September 9, 2014, aged 82 years.
Of Hinstock.
Beloved Husband of Joyce, loving Dad of Pam and Paul, Grandad of Jo, Sarah, Adam and Clare and Great-Grandad of Luke.
Funeral Service, 11am, on Wednesday, September 24, 2014, at Telford Crematorium.
Family flowers only but donations if so desired for The O'Conner Haematologist Unit at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
