Passed away at The Princess Royal Hospital on September 11, 2014, aged 76 years.
Devoted Husband of the late Doreen and a loving Dad, Grandad and Great-Grandad.
Funeral Service, 10am, Wednesday, September 24 at Telford Crematorium.
Flowers welcome but if desired donations for The Alzheimer's Society would be appreciated.
