Lisa, Bethie-Lou, Porg, Sammie, Mrs Pat Jones and the Family of the late Mr Andy Blackham wish to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives, Friends and Neighbours forthe many cards, letters and other kind messages of sympathy, love and support received at this sad and very difficult time, for your attendance at the Funeral Service and for your donations to The I.T.U. at The Princess Royal Hospital N.H.S. Trust at Telford, totalling œ120 to date.

Special thanks to the Doctors and all staff on The I.T.U. at The Princess Royal Hospital for all your efforts on Andy's behalf, to all at The Woodberry Down for looking after everyone so well afterwards and to the Revd. Pippa Blackham and Organist Mr Robert Fowler for leading us in such a comforting Service.
