Passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital on September 10, 2014, aged 53 years.

Loving Husband of the late Barbara Corrigan and a much loved Father of Matthew.

He will be sadly missed by hisFamily and Friends.

Funeral Service, 11am, Saturday, September 20, at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only by request but if desired donations for the Staff of Ward 7 at The Princess Royal Hospital would be appreciated.
