Of The Ley, Finger Road, Dawley, Telford.

Passed away at The Princess Royal Hospital on September 5, 2014, aged 64 years.

Husband of the late Sylvia, Father of Craig, Grandad to Abby and a much loved Brother and Uncle.

He will besadly missed by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service, 3pm, Friday, September 19, at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only by request but donations for the ITU at The Princess Royal Hospital would be appreciated.
