Sadly passed away on Friday, September 5, at the Severn Hospice, Telford, aged 71 years.

She leaves her Husband Peter, two Daughters Nicola and Elizabeth and three beloved Grandsons Sam, Jacob and Finn, who will all miss her deeply.

Funeral Service is to be held at Market Drayton Methodist Church on Monday, September 15, at 2pm.

At the Family's request no black clothing to be worn or flowers.

Donations, if desired, to the Severn Hospice, who took such great care of Hazel in her last weeks.
