Diane, Mark, Gemma and Great-Grandchildren Joshua and Ellie wish to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives, Friends and Neighbours for the kindness shown and support given during the sadloss of David.

Also for the many cards, letters and messages of sympathy received, attendance of so many at the Service and generous donations, amounting to œ336, to be forwarded to The Macmillan Nurses.

Special thanks are extended to the Staff at Oswestry Orthopaedic, New Cross and Bridgnorth Hospitals and Alveley Medical Centre for their care and kindness, Reverence Ruth Sims for making the Service a fitting tribute to David's life, The Danery Inn, Quatford for the excellent catering, The Flower Shop, Bridgnorth for supplying the beautiful flowers and finally John Haycox of P Haycox and Son for his help and support at a very sad time.
