Of Ketley, Telford.

Passed away peacefully on August 11, 2014, aged 63 years.

Much loved Wife to Tony, Mother to Nicola and Claire and Nan to Harvey, Lewis and Noel.

Funeral Service to take place at St. Mary's Church, Red Lake, Ketley on Thursday, August 28, 2014, at 1pm, followed by Interment at Red Lake Cemetery.

Family flowers only, donations if desired please for the Transplant Unit at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham, for which purpose a collection box will be provided in Church.
