Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 12, 2014, surrounded by his Family. Loving Husband of Jacqueline. Wonderful Father to Colin, Cathy, Andrew, Heather, Holly and Rose, doting Grandad to Sam, Jessie, Jake, Kelseyann, Thomas and Eve.

Our lives will never be the same.

We all love you to the moon and back.

Funeral Service to be held on Friday, August 29, 2014, at 1.30pm, at Stoke Minister Church, Glebe Street, Stoke-on-Trent followed by Interment at Market Drayton.

Family flowers only please but donations towards Macmillan Nurses would be gratefully received, for which purpose a collection plate will be provided in Church.
