Of Stirchley, Telford, passed away unexpectedly but peacefully on August 14, 2014, aged 59 years.
Wife of the late Graham, adored Daughter of Pat and a much loved Sister and Auntie of Clark and Brandon.
Funeral Service, 2pm, Friday, August 29, at Telford Crematorium.
Flowers welcome or if desired donations which will be divided between the Severn Hospice and Hilbrae Kennels would be appreciated.
