Passed away peacefully at home on August 13, 2014, aged 91 years.
Bert will be sadly missed by all of his Family and Friends.
Funeral Service at St. Andrew's Church, Welsh Frankton, on Wednesday, August 27, 2014, at 1.30pm, followed by Cremation at Pentrebychan Crematorium, Wrexham.
Family flowers only please but donations if desired to Macmillan Nurses.
