Passed away at his home Fields Farm, Ashley on August 14, 2014, aged 53 years.

Devoted Husband of Fiona and much loved Father of Charles and George.

Funeral Service will take place at St. Mary's Church, Mucklestone (TF94DN) on Thursday, August 28, 2014, at 2pm.

He will be greatly missed.

Family flowers only but donations if so desired will be divided between St. Mary's Church, Mucklestone and Macmillan Nurses for which purpose, a collection plate will be provided inChurch.
