Of Brookside, Telford.
Passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital, on July 30, 2014, aged 62 years. Beloved Husband of Sue, dearly loved Father, Grandfather, Brother, Uncle, Cousin and Son-in-law.
Funeral Service, 2pm, Tuesday, August 26, at Telford Crematorium.
Family flowers only by request but if desired donations for The Alzheimer's Society would be appreciated.
