Beloved Wife of the late Percy. Mother of the late Barry and Mother-in-law of Chris.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Thursday, August 7, 2014, at 1pm.

No flowers by request, donations if desired please, for The Dialysis Unit at The Princess Royal Hospital, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
