Passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital, on July 18, 2014, aged 86 years.

Loving Mother of Dave and Lynne, Mick and June, Ian and Sue, Jeff and Helen, Grandma to Chris, Samantha, Nathan, Richard, Abbi, Grace and Luke, Great-Grandma to Danny.

Funeral Service, 11.45am, Wednesday, August 6, at St Michael's Church, Madeley, followed by a private Committal.

Family flowers only by request but if desired donations, which will be divided between TheBritish Heart Foundation and The British Lung Foundation would be appreciated.
