Of Sutton Hill, Telford, passed away peacefully at the Severn Hospice, Shrewsbury, on July 19, 2014, aged 78 years.

Beloved Husband of Hazel, loving Father to Kevin, Mandy, Bev, Levi, Hayley and Mitch and a devoted Grandad and Great-Grandad.

Funeral Service 2pm, Friday, August 1, at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only by request but if desired donations for the Severn Hospice, Shrewsbury, would be appreciated.
