Of Hook-a-Gate, passed away peacefully at home on her 86th birthday on July 22, 2014.

She will be sadly missed by all her Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to be held at Shrewsbury Crematorium on Friday, August 1, at 1.45pm.

Please wear a dash of colour.

Family flowers only.

Donations if desired to be divided between Pontesbury District Nurses and Hospice at Home.
