Of Bayston Hill, passed away peacefully on July 20, 2014, at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, aged 86 years.
Devoted Husband of Margaret, loving Dad of Dorothy, David, Neil, Michael, Ben and Val, a treasured Grandfather and Great- Grandfather.
Jack will be greatly missed by all his loving Family and many Friends.
Funeral Service to be held at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, on Thursday, July 31, at 2.30pm.
Family flowers only please.
Donations if desired to be shared between Ward 24 at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital and The Beeches Medical Practice (Diabetic Equipment), for which purpose a donation box will be provided at Emstrey.
