Passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 10, 2014, at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, aged 66 years.
Loving Husband of Peri, dear Father of John-Paul, Mark, Karl and Nicholas and a loving Grandfather and Brother of Cynthia and Sarah.
Funeral Service at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, on Friday, July 25, 2014, at 1.45pm.
Family flowers only.
