Passed away at home on July 15, 2014, aged 58 years.
Much loved Mum of Alice, Sister of Jennifer, Margaret, Diane and Kate and Nanny of Oliver and Kai.
Funeral Service, 3pm, Friday, July 25, at TelfordCrematorium.
Family flowers only by request but if desired donations would be appreciated, which will be divided between Cancer Research UK and the Severn Hospice, Telford, which may be given via the collection box at the Crematorium or alternativelyat www.williamsfunerals .com
